We are sure you have been inundated with new coverage and conversations regarding the Corona virus (COVID-19) outbreak. We want to inform you about how we are taking steps to prepare for a possible COVID-19 outbreak in our area and how we can continue to serve you during this uncertain time. It is imperative that we begin to implement additional precautions for the safety of our community, staff, and residents beginning with asking all staff members to remain at home if they feel ill or show virus symptoms.
In an effort to continue to serve our residents, we will remain available via the phone or email during normal office hours but will close our offices to the public beginning Monday, March 23, 2020 and continue to a future undecided date, in an effort to reduce the spread of COVID-19 throughout the community. Please use the drop box for rent checks, applications, renewals, etc. as we will be checking it several times a day.

If you or a family member feel ill or have traveled out of the country recently, please inform our staff before requesting any maintenance so that we may take the proper measures to ensure the health and safety of our maintenance team and prevent them from carrying it into the next resident home. Emergency maintenance and high priority calls will be addressed if there are no safety concerns. Non-emergency maintenance will be delayed to a safer time.
As a reminder, while many of you are likely sanitizing your homes, please do NOT flush wipes or paper towels down the toilets as this could lead to a plumbing backup in your building. If you have a plumbing backup or clog, you may be required to contact an outside plumbing company directly.
The COVID-19 situation is rapidly evolving and changing, and we will continue to monitor and evaluate the situation to make sure we are taking the necessary preventative measures to keep everyone safe. Updates on the office reopening dates and other important notices will be posted at the entrance of our building, and/or in the office vestibules as events unfold in the coming days and weeks. Please be safe, practice social distancing and follow the preventive measures recommended by the CDC. We thank you in advance for your patience during this uncertain time. There isn’t a guide to the proper business precautions and protocol for dealing with a virus pandemic, but we are doing our best to serve you, our customers and honor our lease agreements.
